The Macgregor West development is in the ACT, west of Macgregor and south of Dunlop. Walking tracks and other recreational facilities will form part of the development as well as water sensitive urban design and reduced greenhouse gas emissions.  The development will preserve the critically endangered Golden Sun Moth's habitat.

Crace will be located next to the suburbs of Palmerston and Giralang and the Ginninderra Creek/Percival Hill Nature Park, ACT.  The plan includes:

A pedestrian and off-road cycling network;
Conserving the maximum amount of trees;
Implementing Water Sensitive Urban Design;
Preserving Gungaderra Grasslands nature reserve; and
Protection of significant Aboriginal cultural sites.

The gross residential area of the suburb will be 92 ha.

Casey Concept Plan

Casey will be a new suburb of Gungahlin, ACT situated on approximately 192 ha. The Casey concept plan includes:
conserving as many trees as possible;
investigating eighteen recorded Aboriginal sites, three recorded European heritage sites and potential archaeological deposits;
community facilities (e.g. gym, child care centre, parks, shops, art/craft gallery) and
a sustainable stormwater strategy via use of the natural drainage system.

South Beach is a development within the City of Cockburn, Fremantle in Western Australia.  The estate has been built by Stockland on rehabilitated land and its emphasis is on best practice in environmentally sustainable design. 

The development has received the Housing Industry Association’s National GreenSmart Professional of the Year for its leadership in environmentally responsible residential development.  South Beach is near the beach, shops, Fremantle Hospital, schools and Notre Dame University.

Plantation Palms is located in North Queensland within 15 minutes of Mackay's CBD. 

More than half of the land includes natural bush, wetlands and lakes, as well as pedestrian and bike tracks, parks and sports ovals. Plantation Palms is Mackay’s first and only Telstra Smart Community which offers fibre-optic cabling to every house.

Planning concepts from around the world were studied to ensure the best design was implemented. Shops, schools, beaches and wetlands are within close proximity.

The Pimpama Coomera Waterfuture Master Plan has been developed by Gold Coast City Council and is a blueprint to deliver sustainable water and wastewater services in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions. It is the largest integrated urban water cycle management program ever undertaken in Australia, and will reduce use of drinking water in homes by up to 84 per cent.

WestWyck

WestWyck occupies the building and grounds of the former Brunswick West Primary School in inner suburban Melbourne. The school ran out of students in the 1980s and threatened to become yet another example of quality inner-urban infrastructure that had lost its original function and faced the bulldozer. Instead, the WestWyck developers aimed to bring the building to new and vibrant life as an urban demonstration showpiece of sustainable development and good design. This has included engaging a landscape artist as part of the project team.
