What Are Tags?

Tags are a way of categorising the content in Your Development in a way that suits you.

It is also a way to see how other people have categorised the content in Your Development.

Who can tag?

If you are a signed up member of Your Development you can tag the content in Your Development.

How do I tag?

When you are viewing a piece of content (fact sheet, case study, brief case study, or link) you can click on the 'Tag this content' button to tag that piece of content. Just type in the tag name that you wish to categorise the content under and click on the 'Add tags' button.

How do I view tagged content? 

In the Quick Browse panel you will see that there are links for viewing tagged content:

  • Click on All Tags to see a cloud list of all the tags that members of Your Development have created. Tags that appear larger are tags that have more content categorised under them. Just click on the tag that interests you. A browse list of content that is categorised under that tag will appear.

  • If you are a signed up member of Your Development a My Tags link will appear in the Quick Browse  panel. Click on this link to see a list of tags created by you. Tags that appear larger are tags that have more content categorised under them. Just click on the tag that interests you. A browse list of content that is categorised under that tag will appear.
